Amelia brings a unique blend of discipline, integrity, and strategic thinking to the practice of law, forged during a distinguished 8-year career in the United States Navy. As a proud Navy veteran, she understands the importance of meticulous preparation, unwavering dedication, and a steadfast commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.
With over a decade of legal experience, Amelia’s approach to advocacy is shaped by her diverse background and early legal career. She began as a volunteer advocate with the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) programs in Georgia and Michigan, representing the interests of children who were victims of abuse and neglect—an experience that reinforced her commitment to family and child welfare. Her subsequent roles as a paralegal and judicial law clerk have provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the justice system, which she now applies as an attorney to represent and support her clients effectively. Amelia currently assists clients in a range of matters, including business and civil litigation, transactional law, veterans law, wills and estate planning, family mediation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and civil rights.
A native of Harris County, Georgia, Amelia maintains strong ties to the local community. She is admitted to practice law in Georgia. Beyond her legal practice, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, activities such as traveling, fishing, hiking, golfing, volunteering with veterans, antiquing, and exploring fashion.
